Roasted Almonds!

Oh hello!  I made some roasted almonds today and thought I would share the recipe! It’s incredibly easy. Most of the ingredients, you just need a dash or two – no need to accurately measure 🙂

3 cups of raw almonds

2 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves of garlic

3 tsp paprika

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp garlic salt

2 tsp chili powder

1/4 tsp rosemary  salt and pepper for flavor 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional) Heat olive oil in pan. Add the three crushed cloves of garlic and sautee until golden on medium heat.  Add paprika, garlic powder, garlic  salt, chili powder, rosemary, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix together until all ingredients are combined. Dump in raw almonds and add to mixture until coated and roasted (medium heat for about 5 minutes).  AND YOU’RE DONE!!  Before tasting it, allow it to sit (turn stove top off) for about 10 minutes. Stir every few minutes to make sure it’s evenly coated. This will allow the flavors to stick and settle on your tasty, healthy snack!  Enjoy. 🙂
